There is an urgent need for brain donations throughout the University of Iowa. This process is free of charge to any active patient at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and helps contribute to neuroscience research across Iowa and nationwide. For urgent matters (i.e., a donor has passed away), please contact the Decedent Care Center at 319-347-7000 during business hours, or after hours contact the hospital operator and have the hospital mortician on call paged.
